This Privacy Policy explains how n'go ("n'go", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Information We Collect
- Account and profile data you provide, such as name, email, training goals, equipment selections, and preferences.
- Workout and app usage data, such as generated sessions, completed sessions, selected settings, and in-app interactions.
- Device and technical data, such as app version, device platform details, and basic request metadata needed for performance, debugging, and security.
- If you connect WHOOP, we process WHOOP data you authorize (for example recovery/readiness-related signals) to tailor workout recommendations.
How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, and improve workout generation and training guidance.
- Apply safety logic, constraints, and recovery-informed adjustments.
- Operate and secure the Services, including debugging and fraud/abuse prevention.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
WHOOP Integration
- WHOOP connection is optional and user-initiated.
- OAuth tokens are handled server-side and are never embedded in the iOS client.
- WHOOP data is used only for app functionality you request, such as adaptive session tuning.
- You can disconnect WHOOP access from within the app and/or your WHOOP account settings.
How We Share Information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share information with processors and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the Services (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics/diagnostics).
- We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In a merger, financing, or acquisition, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Rights and Choices
- You can update profile data and workout preferences in the app.
- You can disconnect third-party integrations (including WHOOP).
- You can delete your account in-app from Settings, which removes local profile and workout data.
- You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as CCPA or GDPR).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Health and Training Disclaimer
n'go provides fitness guidance and is not a medical service. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries outside your state, province, or country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
